OT PerlMonks but for C ?

abachus has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hello all,

I must apologise for this question since it is not perl related. I do however seek wisdom that some may have an answer.

Does anyone know of a site similar to this great one, but a site for C programming ?
