I would take a look at Catalyst. It supports both TT and Mason, is MVC, has a very large user group, active dev, and is on its way to get Moosified.

    UPDATE: Someone got a hold of Gerald (by phone). He claims that there are some product updates in the works. IMHO even it the product hasn't been "abandoned", I don't think I can continue to depend on Embperl unless there is more than just one person maintaining it. Perhaps Gerald should take the approach Larry Wall has taken with Perl - he delegates some of the work and retains God-like veto power.
