Exit the Dragon

To the reader of this poem, this poem is meant to be a perky tribute to the marvellous Kung-Fu movies I love and an affirmation of my belief that Perl is a powerful art, and it's practitioners are graceful, masterful and to be respected.

#!/usr/bin/perl exit("The Dragon")? study the-masters: seek all, truth, passively and dilligently; listen (wind,blows-soft), the-willow sighs and bends; foreach (defined slice of,time){open mind,'let insight in'} oh and another thing, my $foo; it-is-stronger; return next time; with-experience and new respect; # Notes to the reader............. read Poem,$Aloud,('in a way that suggests a dubbed kung-fu movie')

Anything that references Kung Fu is awesome in my book. I often refer to perl as my kung fu, as kung fu literally means "hard work".

I usually just call it "perl fu"... then you can have other fu, like "hardware fu" or "scheme fu" or "calligraphy fu"
      Er...close...
The literal translation of 'kung fu' is:

      time, effort, an accomplished person

      That's a good poem, tho. [:

      -HaB

      hword.
        Are you left handed? "[:".
