    So, Tovarishch, you would say that there is something wrong in a person admitting he made a mistake, and saying it publicly. Personally, I think that took some guts. Not only did he admit the mistake, he used his Perl Monks handle. He didn't hide behind Anonymous Monk and take potshots at someone else. He owned up to a mistake. Bravo for him. Shame on you.

    Perhaps in the future you should spend less time being frank and more time trying to be reasonable. The entire post was about a blind spot in his perception, and how he realized it. That's not what I call ignorance, and painting his entire persona with that broad brush is just plain childish.
