Not only has this been explained to you many times over the years, literally every time you post advice on how to do so is displayed along with a set of links going into great detail. You continue to choose to ignore all of this.
"I believe that every beginner knows that perl script has to have stricts or warnings"
Except you don't believe this, you repeatedly (recent example) fail to do this, resulting in posting here expecting someone to fix your problems for you, and have argued against it in the past, more than once.
"i really like poj, poj answers are main and positive so atleast he points the solution and you go and implement the code yourself to archive what you want and save time"
"sometimes you have to fix problems by example not words, words does nothing"
And there it is, the crux of the issue. Your expectation is that you should be able to continually dump rubbish here and have someone clean it up for you, even if you've been taught many times how to do so yourself. "words does nothing" is untrue, you simply choose to ignore them, rather than take the time to learn something that would benefit you personally.
