    The answers are here to stay. Anyone else can google a similar question and find your answer valuable. You're never answering just the OP.

    With that in mind, many long winded threads wouldn't have been started.

      I think people will rather read a long winded dialog than a long post.

      The reply was from perldoc, probably you should rather invest in improving them? :)

      I don't see the point in reproducing the best posts again and again, you should rather use your influence to make run3 into core.
