Is the Strawberry Perl project stalled?

Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi Monks,

I've been a very happy user of Strawberry Perl. It has saved me a lot of headache. However, it has been a while since 5.34 was released, but we still don't see Strawberry Perl 5.34. Not that I have something that mandates the use of 5.34, but just curious, is the project stalled?

Oh...got it. Thanks for putting the Active state update there...I used it briefly but stopped using it because ppm wouldn't let me install some modules. I don't think I'm ever going back to it.

You can use cpan with AP too! ppm is just an extra feature AP has.
