in reply to How to create and save an image from RGB values

No idea where to start but maybe PDL has something faster to take maybe arrays into a matrix into an image that you could save?

I knew my spidey-sense was tingling! Check out PDL::IO::Pic.

(It's a pity PerlMonks hasn't caught up to the shutdown/redirecting of search.cpan.org to metacpan.org with their mod:// links)

      ? ? ?

      Are you confusing [cpan://...] with [mod://...] ?

Thank you for assuming I'm confused. In fact I am not. mod://PDL links to search.cpan.org (see: PDL). It should link to metacpan.org.

EDIT Yes, I can see the "metamod" option. The point is that search.cpan.org doesn't exist anymore except as a redirect.
