So there is no section for internal discussion?

From my experience similar sections rather tend to be closed or joined, hard to see a future for both sections side by side.

OTOH are the guts of PM so complicated and special that they deserve an internal group section.

Not only to discuss sensible stuff like anti spam mechanisms but also to be protected from needless trolling.

    Instead of a section, we have wikis readable and writable by the Cabal only, and notes replying to patches. If you are a member of an Order, you shall find the wiki of that order by enabling Cabal nodelet and the respective nodelet for that usergroup in your Nodelet Settings, except that the Power Users don't have their own nodelet or wiki. Enabling the nodelet is a good idea anyway, because it can contain other useful links, sometimes ones that change depending on what page you're viewing.
