Well, of course, it's not really - if you do something but you're not sure of the best way, it is really better to ask advice. Sure it is , really.
If you were to walk into a mechanic shop, and ask he best way to put on a wheel, what kind of answer would you expect?
Just do it, right?
The question is too generic , too broad, and too obvious all at the same time.
The answer might surprise you if you were to ask, put on a wheel on my bicycle, or put on a wheel on my monster truck, or ....
To be able to judge what is best, you have to have some idea what that means, and without a starting point, its anything, so just do it
