Are pull requests to p5-utils the right way to go?

Hi all,

I just submitted a "for discussion" (ie. not yet complete) pull request to p5-utils. I've been out of the Perl loop during the great gitting of the world era - is that what we do these days?

    Seems OK from the GitHub point of view. From the Perl point of view, a simple test would be better :-)
