    Sorry for being ambiguous.

    By 'literal lines,' I meant your input stream. You are failing on extracting the accession numbers from the input file, so we need to know how those lines are formatted.


    #11929 First ask yourself `How would I do this without a computer?' Then have the computer do it the same way.
