    metacpan will find lots of ancient choices, soap modules from 2000 .... XML::Compile::SOAP is the most comprehensive, might as well start there

      I was only attempting to show that there many options to choose from, and how to find them.

      not, that your suggestion was the wrong suggestion/option.

      Given that the OP didn't really give us very strict criteria to work with. It seemed prudent to provide more options. :)
