fwiw, both 0.11 and 0.1001 pass all tests on my Linux Mint home laptop and a Ubuntu workstation at $work.

    I'm on Ubuntu myself and I use perlbrew from 5.8.8 to 5.22.0 (no 24 yet), so I'm relatively confident about Linux. What really surprised me is that Windows didn't fail.

    I believe the failures are due to my sloppy subprocess usage. It may fail depending on the machine configuration, and more likely to fail under heavy load. But we'll know for sure when cpantesters is back up.

      You could also integrate with Travis-CI for *nix testing and Appveyor for Windows testing, if you've got the project on Github.
