Hi Anonymonk,
I'm not sure what you're trying to do here. Do you have some sample code/data to show? I assume you're referring to Windows registry files and manipulating/reading them. In that case, do you see any modules on CPAN? How about Win32::TieRegistry or Parse::Win32Registry? Please post better questions so we can help better. :-)
