Hi,

exiftool has Image::ExifTool::PanasonicRaw which links Decoding raw digital photos in Linux which says it exports tiff ; dcraw windows binaries

Also http://fileformats.archiveteam.org/wiki/Panasonic_RAW/RW2 has some info

And Image::LibRaw says its a perl binding for https://www.libraw.org/

    Thank you. I think that dcraw will give me what I'm looking for.

    (Only think, because there are a lot of options the effect of which I need to understand; and I need to understand what ends up in the output files; which isn't what I was expecting.)
