Links to Nodelet helppages disabled

Need Help??

I noticed that all nodelets have help-pages (like this) which are linked to via <sup>?</sup> next to the name

But the display is disabled via CSS

AFAIK, there is a user setting that decides to show/hide "tips" and what not, so, easiest way to toggle on/off is css	[reply]
