    A japh of Perl programmers. :P Some animals have more than one collective noun, describing their activity or position. Like a raft, brace, or flock of ducks for floating, standing, and flying. Maybe Perl programmers need multiple nouns.

        Hmm... reasonable defaults... can you think of A Tim Toady of python programmers? Maybe, under very rare circumstances. The default is proper: A Tim Toady.
