CPAN has (had) the advantage of not to forcing me into https with older browsers and I like annotations.

    I admit I enjoy the odd annotation and Hungryian Saint as long as they're both Title 18, Section 2257 compliant. But, shudder, /me nods off… HTTPS?!? Perhaps you haven't heard the Good News. All your site r belong to port 443.
