You have no rights at all here only courtesy and privilege; freedom of speech does not remotely apply. Perlmonks is not a mean of public communication. It's neither press nor a governmental body. It's a non-profit discussion board which has a vital interest to limit off-topic signal noise and inappropriate behavior damaging its mission to discuss Perl.
