I abase myself at your feet!

Some of those courses you are talking at look interesting... shame they are on the wrong side of the Atlantic :P

    Err...please don't. After all, I'm just a fellow monk.

Not all of them. I'll also be in Belfast, Zurich, and Bonn next month, as well as London and Munich (and probably a few other European and Asian places) later in the year.

Is there anywhere that losts courses in the UK?

I have never seen one, unfortunately, and it would be a very useful resource.

On that note, The Perl Journal used to allow contractors to post their details, and employers to check for suitable staff. As I used to get a reasonable trickle of work come in so I was sad to see it go.

Would anyone else like to see such a forum again? An internet jobsite for perl programmers only? If you are a programmer or an employer of perl programmers who would like to see something like this happen then /msg me... If enough people get in touch perhaps we can do something about it.... ;)
