I agree the machines that peeled the potatoes and then turned them into a slinky like think which was then cut and cooked. They were the best! Choose your own sauce.

In 'n Out doesn't slice the potatoe until you order! They are great fries, you are quite correct. The best reason for staying in California. There are now about 4 places in Arizona with them, instead of just California and Nevada. Pick up a free booklet there on where to find the joints. I've been to about 80% of all In 'N Outs.	[reply]
