in reply to Your first Perl Book

My first PERL book was: "PERL5 by Example" aka PERLbe by David Medinets and distributed by QUE... It totally rocked. I own "PERL In a Nutshell" but PERLbe was the first and in my opinion the best book I read on PERL. I read PERLbe for the first time 4 years ago when I was just a wee freshman in college and had yet to learn to code, PERLbe helped me both learn to code and learn PERL.
