Win32::GUI for Perl

Hydro has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I have written a small application that uses GUI for the Win32 version of Perl. I think JAPH will be putting it on here soon. maybe it will help answer anyone's questions about certain uses of the GUI interface. Hydro

    Maybe we should have a GUI tutorial quest. It seems like there's been a lot of questions regarding GUI programming in perl lately, and it might be nice to have some 'local' resources to point to.
