In which way is voting detrimental to the section? See Perl articles section for the issues. I'm sure everyone will agree that we don't want the section to drown in a sea of trivialities If people use good titles, I don't see anything wrong with 10+ posts/day to the section. Voting in the section seems to imply that it is reserved for larger events.
