At www.waldherr.org, there is a blocklist for the Internet Junkbuster, another blocking proxy. I guess that if you just take the top part, where servers are blocked completely, you will get a good list of servers-to-be-blocked `:)`. Of course, the IJB does a bit more, it does regex-based blocking of URLs, but we can always add this here as well `;)`.	[reply]
