    This is certainly not fit for a post on this site, but hence you inquired and being myself of Russian roots, I should confirm that 'sucka' does resemble a pretty bad word in Russian. Looking up the dictionary, in proper form and context the word 'sucka' is used to describe a female dog. However, in reference to a human, this is considered excessively rude.
