I prefer a system which enumerates their transgressions.
  1. Doesn't read the manual.
  2. Doesn't post the error message.
  3. Doesn't post code, or posts the wrong code.
  4. Complains about XP.
  5. Needs a good beating/Refuses to use modules.
  6. Parses HTML/XML with regular expressions.
  7. Spells Perl with a 3.
  8. Uses a hand-rolled CGI parser.
  9. Probably should be using Python, Java, or C++.
  10. Probably should be using VB.
