Is there a module that enables one to plot graphs of array data (like MATLAB or excel?)

A quick search of CPAN for the word 'graph' shows several modules geared towards graphs, including GD::Graph.

A good suggestion would be to search CPAN before you ask your fellow monks to look it up for you.

PDL has many of the features you can find in Matlab
