OO's great -- in the right situation. That's why I love perl: when OO's best, you use OO; when it doesn't work, you don't. In fact, most of the time, I use OO inside my other code. I don't know that I've ever done anything that's completely OO. Then again, when I write OO, I write the the methods with a functional paradigm. Some OO languages (ruby, maybe even python) are great, but being limited to one paradigm really stinks. elusion : http://matt.diephouse.com
