Now is the time to speak of support contracts and follow-on work. You know their code and they have nobody to maintain it. Make sure there is a read-only cvs backup of the final code and keep one yourself. Make them a working cvs for maintainance. Make an md5 digest of everything, and document them on paper at signoff.
