Most of the time i am on my FreeBSD box there i use CPAN.pm and it works just perfect for me, in my XP box i use PPM even when i don't like too much the idea cuz i don't like to use pre-compiled stuff in openSource software, but anyway it works ok so far, then i can live with it. :)
