Sorry , ... in locomotive rom BASIC on an amstrad128K , it was for generating 'random band names' using lists of nouns and verbs/pronouns - spitting out random combinations like

  • running stump
  • polished cabbage
  • etc, submersible toaster I remembered for some reason, and the hour I connected my first modem it found a use. often abrv. to sbtoaster.

      I'm so glad you posted this, as yours was the username I've seen around that I most wanted to see explained. Presumably you're familiar with prior art. I expect there's a submersible toaster in there somewhere.
