Psalm 27:1

by Mr. Muskrat (Canon)
on Dec 16, 2002 at 18:00 UTC ( [id://220286]=poem: print w/replies, xml ) Need Help??

It doesn't compile or run. Perhaps someone could shed new light on how to do it..

my ($light, $salvation) = @Lord; # The Lord is my light and my salvati +on; $whom = shall($I{fear}); # whom shall I fear? my $life{strength} = @Lord; # The Lord is the strength of my life +; $whom = shall($I{'be afraid'}); # of whom shall I be afraid?

However, who says that poetry has to run or compile ;)

Update: retitled - Thanks jdporter for pointing out my spelling mistake.

    use strict; use warnings; my ($light,$salvation,$strength)= my @lord; my @those_I_fear = (); my @those_I_am_afraid_of = (); #a bit redundant :^/
