I wrote a little Perl quiz over the Perl Functions called Yet Another Perl Aptitude Test (yapat). It was build based on the idea of the BSD Games "quiz" program. It's not a marvel of coding-- I wrote it when I was young and foolish. But the content can't be faulted, and it's an example (I was going to say a good on, but now I'm not so sure) of using Data::Dumper to save quiz results. Maybe you can take a look at it.
