I don't know your coleagues, but I've seen too many people scared by the commandline. If all they have to do is to go to the prompt and start something why not put an icon on their desktops/launchpads/whatever. There's nothing as simple as a single (or double) click.

Better yet ... don't ask even for the click. Schedule the morning build to run before they come to work in the morning and send them the log.

P.S.: I know how you feel. Happened to me as well. They all agree the tool is great but wount use it. The only tools being used are those that run in the background as services/daemons.
