Great idea, of course, the web would benefit. DigitalKitty posted the link for the software that power PerlMonks. However, you may want to roll out your own solutions directly in C (after all, it's be a site for C "monks" ;-)).
As far as me is concerned, I've not been coding in C for a few years... Perl is my only bride.

although it'd be a site for C users - it does not mean the website has to be written in C. :)
