It's a good idea, but little difficult to implement. For example, [id://123456] will have to come as Re: Re: Anagram matching in the preview. So that type of data is required offline.
Saving node preview over the period of time, can certainly help atleast partly to support your cause. Look atNode just for adding new questions; persist one preview.
