Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi monks! I need to create a program that would set a time in my computers at home. This program would sit on one computer that would the server and it would be able to see all the other computer from it and by clicking on a button would activate the timer on the client computers. On the client computer the program would be running on the background and only someone with the right password would be able to close reset or add more time to the timer. Any help anyone seeing something like that before? Thank you all!!!

And what happens when the timer runs down?
It would ask if you want to continue by letting you add more time or locking the computer screen. Set by the admin password only.
Sounds like a program to make certain your kids don't stay up too late on their computers!
