As shadox said we at Costa Rica say "REFRESCO" for the drinks without carbonate .
But a traditional way to say it here is with a diminutive like almost everything here. Then if someone came around Costa Rica, can ask for a "FRESCO". But this just here in Costa Rica because in other parts of the world could means other things. God help me always to see the other face of the coin. And prevent me from accusing of betrayal those who don't think just as I do.
