a. 'search *' to find modules on PPM
'install packagename'

b. Stick my perl modules in 'd:\Perl\lib' directory

c. If there is a module on CPAN that isn't on PPM on Windows, I don't sweat it, that is what a Linux computer is for, and vice versa.
