My first computer was an ACT Apricot, a generic 8086 machine, with 256K ram and dual 3.5" floppies, in 1984. It was actually a pretty neat machine for its time. My first computer experience was a few years earlier, on the University's Univac, writing programs using the SPSS (Stastical Package for Social Sciences) on punch cards... :-) Michael
