Some very brief research reveals that the word Trinary does not "exist," per se. Some very brief research on my part reveals that the word "trinary" does exist :-) It's in my Chambers Dictionary. It's in my Longman Dictionary of the English Language (which defines it as a synonym of "ternary"). And it's even in my Collins Robert French-English English-French Dictionary. dave
