CSV is often understood more generally to be "Character Separated Values". It just so happens that a comma is a common character used to separate values. Other common ones include a vertical bar ("|"), a tab ("\t"), and a colon (":"). Really, though, any character will do.

How is ick an acronym for yuck?
And you overlooked SoPW and IMnsHO.
Edit: Sorry, forgot to point out the actual definition for these two acronyms, but it looks like you've updated so I don't need to do that.

There are few people in CB (oh, that's another one missing) who use 'TTFN' instead of 'Good Bye'. Being a non-native English speaker that I am, it took me a while to figure that out. 'Ta Ta For Now'. Weird. :)

Many of these are common Internet acronyms. A complete (AFAIAA1) list of Perlmonk-specific acronyms can be found here.

"PM" is used here for PerlMonks, Private Message, Perl Module, Perl Monger, and Evening (at least). "Send me a PM on PM about the PM PM PM tutorial." (Update: I just got a PM PM that used "PM" to, I assume, mean "project manager")
Most of these are common net acronyms that you can find many places (if a few of the best aren't listed in the Monk Help, then we should add such). The ones that aren't should get included in the Monk Help on acronyms (Guide to PerlMonks Acronyms and Abbreviations -- found quickly via Super Search).

If you've got BoFH, then you might want to include the companion (although slightly less common) acronym: PFY (Pimply-faced Youth). My personal favorite was from a friend of mine in a chatroom many many years ago: ROTFLMAOWHCIROTFATATST (Rolling On The Floor Laughing My Arse Off - Wait How Can I Roll On The Floor And Type At The Same Time? :-)

If you want to avoid the naughty words in the definition of RTFM and variants, you could always replace the F with "Friendly", a usage I've frequently seen here and that's rather less combative.
Being pedantic here, I've never seen "LUSER" capitalized, because it's really more a regular word than an acronym.
In addition to SoPW, I think I've occasionally encountered CUFP (Cool Uses for Perl).
And don't forget JAPH (Just Another Perl Hacker), specifically an obfu(scated) way of printing that message...
Updated: Abigail-II points out that RTFM is meant to be blunt. Although RTFM sometimes is used in a nicey-nicey way, replacing Fucking with something Friendlier does diminish the impact of the acronym in its default, unqualified usage. So upon further consideration, I withdraw that suggestion.

There's just one meaning to RTFM and that's "Read The Fucking Manual". Replacing "Fucking" with
"Friendly" gives it a whole other meaning. RTFM is
intended to be not be nicey-nicey.

Almost none of these are specific to PerlMonks.
Also, while it's common to call them "acronyms", the correct term is "initialisms". Acronyms are a subset of those initialisms which form pronouncable words, such as ANSI, ASCII, DOS or GUI.
Makeshifts last the longest.

I guess I can see that, but....
While you are technically correct, I move this out of the nitpickery realm and into the Anal Retentive realm. Does my opinion even matter here? Probably not, but just wanted to let you know that there are others of us out here. You are not alone!

You forgot one very important one.
SWMBO = Wife or other female significant other.
It stands for She Who Must
Be Obeyed.
It is interesting to note that I have never seen a version
of this referring to the male partner in a male:female
pairing.

...I could be mistaken, but I believe the phrase originated as a reference to the English Queen. I think it might have been Victoria, but I'm not certain.

I believe the phrase originated as a reference to the English Queen.
I seem to remember that as well. I also remember one of
the British shows (Rumpold of the Bailey?) that shows
here in the states on PBS having its main character
refer to his wife that way. I started seeing it in other
chat contexts as well prior to my being with PM.
The phrase and its associated abbreviation have gotten
around.
