    From what I can tell, you won't find a PPM for it. I found several references to this module not being available from ActiveState. The latest one is on their site from July of this year. You'll have to get this module from CPAN. If you're not sure about installing modules on Win32, read this thread carefully and you shuold have plenty of information.
