The recommendation (found in the PerlMonks FAQ) to the general effect of show some effort has not been satisfied.
At least show us which part of the basic instructional information the Monastery offers (HINT: see Tutorials) you don't understand.
As others have said, "we can teach you but we can't learn for you."
Questions containing the words "doesn't work" (or their moral equivalent) will usually get a downvote from me unless accompanied by:
- code
- verbatim error and/or warning messages
- a coherent explanation of what "doesn't work actually means.

<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
