( [id://3333]=superdoc: print w/replies, xml ) Need Help??

i've cut down on my intake several times over the years, but at some time or another find myself having to do with less sleep, and more activity, so i start chugging ye olde coffee again. i did find that if i drink a couple cups of expresso fairly quickly, though, that i don't crave the java as much throughout the day. maybe it's like that 'crack rush' i keep hearing about. (;

If you're drinking diet soda with aspartame (NutraSweet, Equal, et al.) in it, stop that right now. That crap is poison. It can cause headeaches, which is actually the least of the damage it does to a body.

hm, i knew it was bad for you, but i'd always just assumed i had an allergy towards it when it gave me headaches. (yay, i'm not a hypochondriac!)

Title:
Use:  <p> text here (a paragraph) </p>
and:  <code> code here </code>
to format your post; it's "PerlMonks-approved HTML":

  • Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.
  • Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
    <code> <a> <b> <big> <blockquote> <br /> <dd> <dl> <dt> <em> <font> <h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <h5> <h6> <hr /> <i> <li> <nbsp> <ol> <p> <small> <strike> <strong>   <table> <td> <th> <tr> <tt> <u> <ul>
  • Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
