Yes before I became active here slashdot and use Perl;
were my two most frequented sites. The only gripe
I ever had about it was the small amount of material
that comes through. There's nothing wrong with
that, but when you're bored at work or otherwise punting
you tend to consume mass quantities. On occasion
even the CPAN uploads could not satisfy my hunger.
Also Chris/pudge is very much on the ball as
far as editorial competency and user feedback goes.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
