Here's crazyinsomniac's version with a few extras that it took me way to long to figure out it needed to work for me (I still have to view source to see the output, but at least I don't get an internal service error), and two extra new-lines to clarify error messages. Also, I think one of the addresses in the script used to return a bad header, but someone apparently fixed it, so I changed an address to a nonexistant one so I could see the error handler at work.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
