I love the work done so far++++
I would like to see a short version of "How to format text for posting questions" added to that. A quickie about how to use < code > and the like.
I think this whole shebang should be emailed to each new member to Perlmonks when they register.
Maybe even include a list of the most popular links to get them started.
Maybe title this whole effort "Perlmonk for Dummies" :}

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
